Reservation Policies
- Rates apply to single or double occupancy.
- A deposit equal to one night’s stay or 50% of the entire stay guarantees your reservation and is required.
- We do offer priority check-in for a small fee. Please ask for details prior to check-in.
- We welcome children 10 and above in the main house.
- Our Cottage is available for families traveling with children of all ages.
- Our Cottage is pet-friendly. We charge a daily pet-fee.
- Flowertown Bed and Breakfast Inn is a non-smoking facility. Please refrain from smoking on the porches. Smoking is permitted in select outside areas
- Check-in is after 4 pm. Notify innkeeper as soon as possible should you require an arrival later than 10:00 pm. We offer a keyless entry and find that guests love having maximum flexibility with their schedule. Naturally, we would love to meet you at check-in, if possible, and are more than happy to give you a quick overview of the Inn. Just let us know your preference.
- To prepare your room for our next guests, check-out is 11:00 am. We offer late check-out for a small fee. Please ask for details during your stay.

Flowertown Bed and Breakfast Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes to direct reservations may be made by phone or email and must be made by the party who originally booked.
For single night reservations, the deposit is 50% and is non-refundable.
For multiple night reservations, a deposit equal to 50% of your stay will be taken at the time of your booking and is non-refundable.
For groups booking three (3) or more rooms, even if the deposits are individually paid, the 50% deposit(s) will be non-refundable.
General Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for direct bookings must be made by 4:00 pm on the 15th day prior to your arrival in order to have your deposit returned, less 20% or $35, whichever is greater. A deposit equal to one night’s rent (including tax) or 50% of your reservation (whichever is greater) will become non-refundable on this date.
Cancellations made after 4:00 pm on the 8th day prior to your arrival requires full payment for all days and rooms reserved. Your balance will be charged to your card on this day. If your reservation is made within this period, the full amount will be charged upon booking.
This policy applies to a reduction of nights made after 4:00 pm, 15 days before your arrival, or a delayed arrival, either of which you will be charged in full.
This cancellation policy also applies to guests using gift certificates from any source. If issued by Flowertown Bed and Breakfast, unless the original is returned to us, your card will be charged.
Holiday and 3-Day Weekends Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made by 4:00 pm on the 30th day prior to your arrival in order to have your deposit returned, less 20% or up to $35, whichever is greater. A deposit equal to one night’s rent (including tax) or 50% of your reservation (whichever is greater) will become non-refundable on this date.
Cancellations made after 4:00 pm on the 15th day prior to your arrival requires full payment for all days and rooms reserved. Your balance will be charged to your card on this date.

Cancellations made after 4:00 pm on the 30th day prior to your arrival requires full payment for all days and rooms reserved. Your balance will be charged to your card on this date.
This also applies to a reduction of nights made after 4:00 pm, 60 days before your arrival, or a delayed arrival, either of which you will be charged in full. Vacation insurance is available from several providers online to inexpensively protect you against covered unexpected events.

As long as we are open for business, and fully functioning, our policy is firm regardless of the reason for cancellation, interrupted stay or early departure. We are sorry, but we cannot be responsible for unused rooms due to late or cancelled airline flights, family emergencies, threat of bad weather, unexpected illness or injury, any other travel-related mishaps or for any other change of plans on your part. We also cannot be responsible for any changes which shorten your stay. Vacation insurance is available from several providers online, and through some credit cards, to inexpensively protect you against covered unexpected events.
