Welcome to our home! We are delighted to host you and share our grand old home with you and want to insure your stay is amazing and memorable. To help us provide you with the best possible service, we ask that you abide by a few of our house rules:
Check-in: Check-in time is between 4 pm and 6 pm unless previous arrangements have been made.
Check-out: Check-out is 11 am.
Down Payment: A credit card or down payment is required to secure a reservation. We accept most major credit cards. Rates and policies are based on double occupancy. Additional charges apply for additional guests.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in any of the facilities, porches and common areas. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately if this policy is not followed. A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed for any smoking indoors.
Candles: For the safety and security of all, candles are not allowed in any of the guest rooms or common areas.
Noise: Please be respectful of other guests by keeping noise/ voices very low after 10 pm.
Pets: While we love our furry friends, guest preferences and allergies vary. Pets are not allowed unless an arrangement has been previously made with the owner. There is an extra charge for pets. If damage occurs, a minimum $250 fee will be assessed.
Minimum Stays: We reserve the right to require a two night minimum stay on Holidays, high demand weekends, special events and high season.
Parking: We offer convenient off-street parking for our guests. Guest visitors or over-sized vehicles may be asked to park across the street.
Children: The Inn is most suitable for children over the age of 12. Please contact the innkeepers with questions about younger children.
